Feon Energy has successfully scaled production of its lithium-metal electrolytes to 100 kilograms, marking a significant step toward commercialization and large-scale deployment. This milestone represents a 100-fold increase in production capacity in just six months, demonstrating Feon’s ability to rapidly scale manufacturing and drive down production costs.

At this production level, Feon’s advanced electrolytes can enable MWh battery production, meeting growing demand for high-performance, next-generation battery solutions. The company’s drop-in electrolyte technology seamlessly integrates into existing battery manufacturing processes, reducing barriers to adoption for cell manufacturers.

“The pilot production of hundreds of kilograms of electrolytes marked a critical milestone for Feon,” said Zhiao Yu, CTO of Feon Energy. “This milestone validates the manufacturability of our technology and allows us to provide battery products at large quanities to our paying customers.”

Feon Energy will now focus on further optimizing manufacturing efficiency and process control to support further production scale-up. The company remains committed to advancing lithium battery electrolyte solutions that enhance energy density, safety, and cost-effectiveness across the battery industry.
